Millbrook Healthcare, a leading provider of community equipment, has relocated from Milton Park to take a new 5-year lease on Unit 15 Blacklands Way. The unit comprising 4,000 sq ft is currently undergoing refurbishment by new owners Royal London and asset manager XLB.

Analytical instrument manufacturer, Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science set up a new global headquarters at the Park in 2018 and has now doubled its footprint by taking a further 3,600 sq ft at Windrush Court on a lease until 2028.

The company which has eight UK regional distribution centres, has re-committed to Hitching Court on 3,000 sq. ft. for a further seven years.
