Topps Tiles which has 365 nationwide stores has moved from Fairacres Retail Park to Abingdon Business Park. The tile supplier has taken a 10-year lease on Unit 2 Colwell Drive comprising 15,117 sq ft.
Topps Tiles joins occupiers in the eight-unit scheme at Colwell Drive include joinery firm Howdens, Homestead Garden Rooms, DHL and Oxford Engineering.
Unit 2 Colwell Drive is one of the original MG units and is an excellent fit for Topps Tiles providing them with the retail frontage they need. This is great for the business park and creates a trade user hub with Howdens next door.
